Director of TechnologyKeith has over 20 years experience in the IT industry, 15 years of this time has been focused on Cisco technologies in technical support, design and advisory roles. A CCIE since 1994 Keith was involved in the first Cisco Unified Communications Manager deployments within the UK. An original founder member of 5i he is responsible for ensuring that the highest level of Cisco Unified Communications knowledge is maintained at every level within the company. He is also responsible for researching and introducing new complimentary leading edge technologies.

Jay Bradley
Vendor Alliance ManagerWith extensive knowledge and experience of the IT industry Jay manages the partnerships with our key strategic vendors. He is also responsible for our go-to-market offerings for both cloud and security, as well as a member of the technical steering group bringing new technologies to our solution portfolio.

Alastair Breare
Operations DirectorAlastair have been involved in the IT industry since 1984 and joined the company in 2002 shortly after it formed. His role within the company is Operations Director responsible for the projects team delivering Unified Comms, Security, Infrastructure and Data centre solutions. In 2014 the role expanded to include the responsibility of the support team.

Richard Brown
Director Of Business DevelopmentAs one of the original founders of 5i Richard brings over 14 years’ experience of driving the business forward commercially and steering our services offerings. He is responsible for developing our proposition and supporting the sales team and technical architects to provide the highest quality service and product suites to our partners and customers.

Sarah Coiley
Finance DirectorSarah joined the business 18 months ago. She qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998 and since leaving practice she has worked in a variety of companies from blue chip to owner managed. Most recently she worked as a consultant for a private equity Investment Company based in London where she specialised in acquisitions and business turnaround and growth. Sarah’s role at 365IT is to ensure the support functions run effectively and efficiently, and to support the shareholders in developing and implementing the future strategy

Steve Ellis
Managing DirectorSteve is Managing Director at 365IT and started his IT career in 1988 when he worked for IBM. Since then he has held a number of positions before starting his own business in 1999 with two former colleagues before selling the business in 2005. On the back of this, Steve has shared his experiences and invested in a number of mid-market focused organisations. He has most recently joined 365IT in 2014 to further business growth and reach to create shareholder value.

Kevin Fry
Financial ControllerKevin joined the business over 5 years ago having spent the previous 10 years in the IT industry. The role of financial controller is to ensure the smooth running of the finance function. From ensuring we receive prompt payments from our customers to taking care of payroll matters. The culmination of this work is the production the monthly management reporting figures.

Julie Gordon
Head of Managed Services & SupportJulie came into the business with previous experience of heading up the IT support for EMEA region – working in multinational corporate environment and over five years’ management experience in Managed Service. As Head of Managed Services & Support Julie is responsible for managing the service delivery to our key customers as well as the service desks at Riseley, Poole and our off-site support teams.

Dan Jagtiani
Cisco Alliance ManagerDan has been at 365IT for just over 6 years. His main responsibility as Cisco Alliance Manager is to enable constant and clear communications between the sales team and Cisco. He also works to ensure that we continually provide the latest and greatest Cisco offerings to our customers and partners.

Tony Kingston
Sales ManagerBased in the Poole Office Tony has over 40 years experience in the IT Industry in both Technical and Sales and Marketing roles. His passion is to work with his team to win new business opportunities whilst ensuring that long term, mutually beneficial, relationships are developed with both current and future customers.

Berni Maguire
Head of MarketingBerni is Head of Marketing at 365IT and brings considerable marketing and business development experience gained from a variety of roles within the IT industry. Responsible for our marketing strategy and programmes, along with brand management. Berni is passionate about the customer experience and the role that digital marketing plays to expand the company’s reach.

Paul Sylvester
Head of Technical ServicesAn experienced Infrastructure Manager with 13 years of experience managing infrastructures and teams of engineers for corporate companies. An experienced engineer with over 17 years in the IT industry who holds a number of high level qualifications with Microsoft, VMWare, Citrix, HP Storage to name but a few.

Paul Thomas
Group Sales DirectorPaul is the Sales and Marketing Director at 365IT and has held a number of senior sales roles within the mobile telecoms industry before joining 365IT in 2014. Paul is responsible for interaction between 365IT and our customers, in addition to the development and implementation of a planned growth strategy, delivering profitability, performance and improvement across the business.
